Golden Nun Cocktail 3Okay guys, sorry for the long absence. Life got in the way, emotions ran high and my blog was neglected in the process. But I’m back &
Christmas is around the corner! Let the Christmas parties, festive shopping and cocktail drinking commence without further delay! What a great way to kick of the festivities with this Golden Nun Cocktail. Considering I am partial to a good cocktail I don’t make them at home often. I’d rather much go out for happy hour at one of my spots and sips cocktails to my hearts content. For some reason I always fancy the cocktails with the slighter ruder names. Ones I’m not going to mention.

Golden Nun Party Cocktail My golden nun cocktail is all about the festivities. Indulgence, elegance with a little celebration, dusted with a little gold sparkle. The wine used for this golden nun cocktail is a beautiful crisp sparkling wine from Blue Nun. Now that may not seem very indulgent or special, but this wine has little flecks of gold dancing around the the glass. Now were talking indulgence. Drinking gold! There is no better way to kick off the celebrations.
Golden Nun Cocktail- oh so sweet bakerI’ve paired Blue Nun’s sparkling gold wine with crisp fruity notes of grape and pear juice and a splash of Poire William. To jazz up the glass, I’ve adorned it with a gold rim, which is so easy to achieve, yet so effective. The directions for that are also included. Blue Nun Sparkling Gold is available to buy from Rhythm & Booze stores nationwide, or on-line from www.drinksdirect.co.uk  orwww.thedrinkshop.com priced at under £10 for a 75cl bottle.   Or priced at £2.25 for the mini 200ml bottles, available in ASDA stores nationwide.

I love your blog. It is very inspiring, and has helped me make some lovely cupcakes and cookies. Do you do more dinner recipes? Your pork belly with mac and cheese looked lovely. I wanted to make some ribs with home made sweet bbq sauce.
