Munchy Seed Crackers For Cheeseboard

A cheeseboard isn’t something I would order at a restaurant. Nor would I serve it at a dinner party, simply because my love of cheese is limited. I love cheddar, mature of course, mild goats cheese, Italian faves Mzzarella & Parmesean. I’m also partial to a bit of port salut, but that is about it. Stinky soft cheese just aren’t my thing. You wouldn’t serve a delicious cheeseboard without some good crackers, such as my Munchy Seed crackers.
Salmon Dill on Crackers I used to work at a restaurant where customers often ordered the cheese board on offer. A wide variety of different reigonal cheeses, crackers, fruit and quince paste. As I was clearing I kept walking past an area that smelt like a soiled baby’s nappy, especially as there was a baby sitting near by. No seriously. I was well confused. Even after the baby had left, the smell lingered. Not only until I asked someone if they could smell what I was smelling, I was told that it was the cheese behind me! Eugh! Nappy smelling cheese, that people actually eat and order on a regular. No thank you.

Munchy Seed Cracker Cheese Board My cheeseboard doesn’t contain any nappy smelling cheeses. Just good old cheddar, smoked cheese & a mild goats. Complete with an array of chutney’s, grapes, peppers, meat and delicious homemade munchy seed crackers. Because really and truly your cheese board is in complete without them. I used their Omega 3 sprinkle mix which contains hulled hemp, flax seeds and linseed which provide a healthy crunch.
Proscuitto & Tomato Jam CrackersYour cheeseboard is your own creation. Use whatever fruit, condiments, meats and cheeses you fancy. If you have got any dairy free/vegan guests offer some vegan/dairy free cheeses and these crackers. No dairy in these crackers!
